The completed Jungle Mural

A playful elephant is tickled by a pretty butterfly

A leopard lounges on a branch

A Giraffe peeps over the door in the corner

A butterfly teases the sleepy crocodile

Longthorpe Sea Scape

This section of the mural features images painted by the Year 1 children

Rainbow fish swim amongst the childrens own painted fish

Of course there had to be a treasure Chest

Mr Hall preparing the walls for painting

An octopus and sharks share the limelight

A narrow passage transformed.

A Mermaid features on the opposite wall

A Dolphin with lots of the children’s painted designs

Joe’s Tropical Island

What better way to see the island than from a balloon

This mural was painted to encorporate the interesting shape of he room

The Lorikeets also made an impression on Joe

Joe was very specific about the type of plaune for his mural

Dolphins playing in the see were a sight he saw on his holiday in Mauritius

Crabs around a rock pool were another element required in Joe’s very specific brief

A wall at the entrance to the room was an ideal spot to provide a painted blackboard

A Chameleon was a creature that he wanted included
